By accessing or using ClassAttendee, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
• Service Access: ClassAttendee is a cloud-based service. Access to core features requires an internet connection and a valid account.
• License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for your own educational or business operations.
• Acceptable Use: You may not use the app for unlawful activity, attempt to interfere with the service, or misuse the platform in a way that harms other users or our systems.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. ClassAttendee is a fully cloud-based application designed to store and sync your data securely across your devices.

• Cloud Storage: Data you enter into ClassAttendee, such as student records, attendance, grades, schedules, and billing information, is transmitted to and stored in our secure cloud infrastructure so it can be accessed across supported devices.
• Authentication & Access: We use account authentication to secure access to your workspace. An internet connection is required for account access and live data synchronization.
• Service Operations: We may process technical information necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
• No Selling of Data: We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data Deletion

If you would like to request account or data deletion, please contact support at support@classattendee.com. We will review and process deletion requests in accordance with our operational and legal obligations.
